The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how neat it was. Once I walked to the counter to place my order, I was greeted with a friendly “hello”. This was my first time ever trying a Poke Bowl and I didn’t know what to put in it! So, I just went with what I knew tasted good by itself! I opted for grilled chicken as my protein and Salmon. The only thing I would do differently is add the raw ginger and take away the raw Salmon. I didn’t care for the texture. The taste was good. I love the spicy Poke Sauce and the Spicy mayo. I would suggest some sort of sauce from the choices. The eel sauce is a good one as well. There is a choice of white rice or fried rice as the base and I chose fried rice. Next time I think I will go with white. Simply because it became salty after a while with all the toppings I chose. I had a good experience and I would recommend everyone try them at least once. It’s healthy and fresh. I also tried the allergies be gone juice. I forgot to get picture but it has green apple, ginger, kale, lime, pineapple and spinach. I loved it. The main thing is I had plenty to fill me up and I didn’t feel stuffed. I didn’t finish the whole bowl because of the saltiness after a while! My suggestion is if you like savory food do not put anything sweet in it such as mangos. However a good blend and mix would be the chicken bowl fixed how it comes!!!!! Also they had a B rating.

Owyhee Bowl is a poke and smoothie bowl cafe with plenty of tables and outlets. It smelled like they freshly cleaned, which is always something I appreciate in a business. This seems like a great space to drink one of their fresh juices and do work on a laptop. I built my own bowls: Greens, Mango, Edamame, Masago, Salmon, eel sauce, and crunchies The salmon still had good flavor because it was so fresh. Some poke bowls I've had at other places taste bland like the fish is frozen, but I didn't experience that. I liked the subway concept while building my bowl. The mango added a nice sweet touch. Pitaya bowl with blueberries, coconut, banana, and Nutella Everything was fresh and filling. The blueberries were very plump, and the coconut added a nice texture. The smoothie base was thick and creamy.

We stopped here for a quick lunch while traveling from Maryland to Texas. The young man working there prepared a couple delicious and good looking bowls for us. The food was outstanding. The service was even better. If we lived in the area, we would go there often but unfortunately, we are a couple hundred miles away.

I went in around 2:30 for a late lunch. The place was very open and clean. The decor was nice, and everything was well-lit. When I made it to the counter, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the Chocolate Rain bowl, a shrimp onigiri, the lilikoi passion juice, and a strawberry ice cream mochi. Everything came out shortly, and was presented nicely on the tray. The food was delicious and everything felt well balanced. I look forward to going again.

I'm not a fan of poke or acai bowls, do I'm trying to not let that color my opinion of this place. The bowls aren't bad, just not my favorite food. The service was excellent though and the man behind the counter walked me through my first order. If I was yo get one in the future, I'd come here for the excellent service. Most importantly, the price was very fair.
